**Affiliated League Requirements and Responsibilities** 

To be affiliated with RISA, any properly constituted soccer league or association must meet the following criteria:

1. **Team Requirement**: 

The league must consist of four or more teams.

 2. **Scheduling**:

 Each team must have a schedule that includes a minimum of 8 games. 

3. **Season Duration**: 

The soccer season must last at least 30 days. Additional requirements for each affiliated league or association include:

 - **Constitution and By-Laws**:

 A copy of the league's constitution and by-laws must be submitted annually to the Secretary of Rhode Island. 

- **Appeal Process**: 

The by-laws must outline a procedure for hearing appeals, and this information must be easily accessible to all league members. 

- **Affiliation Fees**:

 Each affiliated league is required to pay annual affiliation fees as mandated by USASA and RISA. Refer to the RISA League Bond Policy for details.

 - **Game-Day Rosters**: 

All affiliated leagues must use the Rhode Island online roster system (registrar@risa.org) to create game-day rosters.
